As a child, I loved singing, but my parents saw it as just a hobby until I failed my economics college entrance exams. That’s when they suggested music college, and I thrived. My musical journey began there, leading to university, performances, tours, and contracts. Alongside my career, I always found joy in teaching others to sing, knowing that even if I didn’t become a superstar, I could share my knowledge and passion.
I’ve developed my own vocal teaching program, which goes beyond just voice training. It’s a comprehensive, year-long plan that covers three main areas:
1. Physical Training: Focusing on breathing, diction, articulation, and understanding vocal anatomy to prepare the voice for sound production.
2. Musical Training: Developing ear training, vocal range, rhythm, improvisation, and creativity, including writing original songs or creating cover versions.
3. Acting Training: Working on emotions, style, self-analysis, song interpretation, and character development to enhance vocal performance.
Each lesson integrates all three areas, making learning dynamic and engaging. Additionally, my program includes quarterly vocal concerts aligned with public holidays and opportunities for students to participate in competitions or record professionally. This approach ensures that students not only develop their vocal skills but also gain performance experience and confidence.
